Taylor is the lead facilitator of Vision to Matter. She runs every client consulting engagement — from the first discovery call through the final Legacy Cycle review. She handles sales, marketing, and branding for The Holistic Consulting Group, which means the framework she teaches is the same one she uses to operate her own work.

Her approach starts with who you are. Before strategy, before products, before revenue — Taylor works to surface your authentic identity, the values that are non-negotiable, and the vision that actually belongs to you. The business clarity that follows is a byproduct of that deeper work.

What is VTM consulting — how is it different from the app or workbook?

VTM consulting is a live, guided engagement. The workbook and app are self-guided — you set the pace. In consulting, Taylor works through all 9 phases with you: facilitating sessions, asking the right questions, pushing back when needed, and holding you accountable to the work. You get the full framework plus a real human who adapts to your specific situation.

What is the difference between the 4-week and 8-week Journey?

Both cover all 9 phases. The 4-week Journey moves at a focused pace — ideal for founders and teams who are ready to move quickly. The 8-week Journey goes deeper into each phase with more integration time between sessions. Groups of up to 4 at $4,999 (4-week) or $9,999 (8-week). Custom pricing for larger groups.

What do I walk away with?

At minimum: a Personal Clarity Map, vision statement, one-page ethos, 3-year roadmap, 90-day tactical plan, ecosystem map, product/offer design, revenue model, launch plan, and impact scorecard. Every deliverable is built from your specific situation — not a template.
